Thanks Jamie. I remember when I was in England in 1997-98, there was a Malaysian guy that was doing the same course with me. We became good friends and eventually drinking partners while there. We both returned home for holidays, and then on return to England, we brought gifts for each other. Rum of course.
He brought back a bottle of Bacardi, claiming it to be excellent! I told him thanks, because I did not want to hurt his feelings, then presented him with a bottle of VX that I had for him.
Later that day, he opened it and invited me for a drink. He was speechless and said he apologized for bringing the shit for me. He did not realize how great Jamaican rum is. ;-)
It being TGIF, I can smell the aroma of a few later.
