Well this could turn into a lengthy post since I have sets of questions from both Madbull and Dr. D. So not to delay any further here we go ~
Madbull's questions sent for me to answer; great job btw Mad!!!
1) Where would you like to go for a dream vacation? Why?
Dream vacation huh? It would include no children, a cruise to any island that wasn't too hot but warm with loads of sunshine. Why? I've never been on a cruise and really want to go on one and since Speed and I never had a "real" honeymoon we could count it as being our honeymoon just later in our marriage.
2) Whats that thing that Speed does that turns you on the most, that always gets you in the mood?
Speed is anxiously awaiting this answer he said he wants to know this tid bit of information himself. :hum In all honesty, I don't think there is any one thing he does and in trying to keep this non graphic I'll opt with ~ when he makes an effort in helping out around the house and the kids, getting the kids to bed early or finding a sitter and suprising me with a candle lite dinner for two or a night out on a date dancing.
3) Whats the thing you feel proudest about doing?
The relationship my kids and I have built with one another. A close bond where they can talk to me about anything but they know I'm still their mother and don't cross that line.
4) What do you like to do for fun when the SpeedBump takes the kids out, leaving you all alone?
Depends on my mood; sometimes I like to just lay out by the pool and listen to nothing but the birds, sometimes I like to curl up on the couch and read or watch a good movie.
5) Tell me which personality trait of yours annoys others the most?
HA!!! Depends on who you ask!!! Some would say me opening my mouth or breathing, but for the most part it is my inability to trust other's along with tons other traits like being noisey, hot tempered, my sarcarism, my ability of being dismissive of people I don't care to be around, the rolling of my eyes and the list continues :smile.
Now to Dr. D's questions sent for me to answer, yet another great set of questions:
1. As an American, what do you most like and dislike about the United States?
The freedom is what I most like ~ being able to travel about to any state should the urge hit along with the bank account agreeing it is okay for me to travel. The landscapes and the ocean.
dislike ~ this could turn into a soap box, but I'll keep it brief ~ the way the welfare system is handled, the lack of reform in the prision's and the inmates having more rights than the victims ~ who they judicial system seems to cater to the criminal and no feelings towards the victim ~ the outbreak of violence over the years in the younger ages due to the lack of parental guidance and the parent is not held accountable ~ and the way American's are quick to judge other's from different lifestyles, cultures and color.
2. If you had a choice between having a child that was very intelligent and plain looking and one that was very stupid and physically beautiful, which one would you opt for and why?
This one is easy ~ very intelligent and plain looking ~ why? Looks fade intelligence is what gets people ahead.
3. Which do you prefer to see a man in? Boxers, boxer briefs, briefs, thongs or nothing at all?
Without a doubt BOXERS!!!!! Or nothing at all :smile
4. In looking for mate, what is the thing that turns you off the most?
Better than anyone attitude/Rudeness/Only interested in them and their wants, needs and desires.
5. If you and your husband get into an argument, are you the type that expects him to make it up, or are you willing to condescend and make it up to him?
Depends on what the fight was about!! With Speed and I we both tend to condescend and make up at the same time, but if I'm really mad it is Speed who makes the first step, but if Speed made valid points and once I calm down, I'll make the first move. IMHO a good marriage can't be built if only one person is always making the first step to make things right.
Well there we go ~ my answers to some great questions ~ I had a terrible time trying to think up questions for those that asked. Thanks for the good time with this ~

Well you answered most in a way that I expected you to. I agree with your response about the attitude of some Americans to people from other countries/cultures.
And yes, education can get you places but as you rightly said, looks don't last forever. I will opt for a plain looking child that's bright any day over a 'pretty dunce!'

Well done dear, you took on the two interviews in a timely fashion. Marriage is indeed built by two and it is good to hear that you both take steps to amend disputes. That is so necessary... if someone is always hard-headed the union is likely to crumble.
I like your time alone in response to Madbulls question... ahhh... the peace and serenity that is a real luxury to Moms!
A cruise, that would be an awesome vacation - I've dreamt about it, now, maybe that is something I can aim my airmiles collection towards... it'll be a while in coming!
