Never a dull moment even when I'm not blogging let me tell ya!!!
In a brief overview of the events that have happened to date:
I landed a 15 second spot on Lifetime TV and their website too boot writing about my mama and growing up adopted.
Speedbump has been working his sexy ass off at work
I've decided domestic goddess I'm not and it is time to hit the work force with both feet firmly planted on the pavement. Unfortunatelly, to date, potiential employers do not join in my enthusiasm. I have a few good solid possibilities, but we'll see.
However, our wedding anniversary weekend was eventful :biggrin ~

T and her friend Whitetigr came to town. T was in town to pick up her boys for the summer and they made a pit stop at our place so I could see everyone. We had a blast, short lived, but a blast.
Personally, I don't think my neighborhood could have handled more than the short lived visit. A brief over view of events
July 2 ~ around 9 p.m. everyone arrives ~ after hugs and loves and introduction to Whitetigr ~ the kids huddled off to play and the adults did the same. Everyone was hungry but I was prepared ~ (side note aren't you impressed Buffy :smile). I had slow cooked a roast for roast beef sandwiches upon their arrival.
T and Whitetigr drank margaritta's, Speed whiskey and water, and me wine out in the backyard to smoke and talk outside of the children. It was during this time a yard sprinkler took on a new meaning :biggrin. Inside joke but OMG too funny.
T was bitching that Krisiti didn't show up so I emailed her and called and left a message on her machine ~ damn K you missed some great info !!!!!!!!! CALL ME!!!! But in K's defense she decided to bond with her truck's dashboard with her hand and well not feeling so good...........*pouty face for the person who calls me HER bitch :lol*
July 3 ~ we spend a lazy day laughing and enjoying everyone's company before the sad upcoming departure that was going to happen later that night.
We cooked our Anniversary dinner which consisted of, wine, margaritia's, whiskey, steaks, sauted mushrooms, green bean cassarole, home made bread, and T's favorite my potatoes, hamburgers and hot dogs. Then for desert we had turtle cake, which I made at 9 a.m. that same morning to make sure it was still very warm at dinner ~ German chocolate cake mix with melted carmels and chocolate chips cooked in the middle. YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
After dinner we head out to the backyard where I give Whitetigr hands on memory of me *wicked smile* ~ only to see my back neighobors on their roof. Which I ran off ~ hummm unfriendly fucker's if you ask me ~ just because a gay woman is removing my corset ~ if the woman in question having that done doesn't have a problem with it why them ~ watch your damn fire works...........:lol
Then T's sister showed up and she and I made a trip to Starbucks for on the road energy for the group. I kept asking her if she was going to join the "family" :lol she swears not, but also told me she wanted me to come to Florida with the "family" to boot. Tempting offer if it didn't consist of driving a day in a half with no stops other than bathroom and gas.............plus I hate Florida.....so I'm still stuck in HELL TEXAS.........rethinking my position at the moment :lol
Yeah we had some good fun ~ now I've got to gear up for more interviews and head to bed........hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July and I'll post again when the urge strikes :biggrin.
