Well Q16 begins his driving part of drivers ed next week in someone else's car :biggrin! At least they have a break on the other side where I don't ~ if he makes it through that driving part with no injuries then I might test fate again and allow him behind the wheel of my car. Note the maybe in that sentence!!!
So if living with an over zealous teenage isn't bad enough we still have Ms. Prissy Princess........
For most this week she has been running a fever with no obivous symptoms that is causing it. So yesterday she went all day without running a fever and being locked up inside all day I figured I'd let her go out and ride her bike for a few minutes. She saw some friends and wanted to go over and play so I walked her down there and as she turned to hug my neck and kiss me I saw it.........
She that quickly had broken out in what appeared to be a rash on her face and neck. After the other parent and I took a closer look we both decided that it was not wise to allow her to be around other children and I carried her screaming her head off back home.
As the night continued the rash took over her face, front and back. Later in the night she started running a fever again and today we have discovered she has the chicken pox!!!
Just our luck in the middle of Texas summer hell my baby somehow caught the chicken pox! Speedbump and I are trying our best to figure out how she managed to catch this as she hasn't been around any children. Also this is not the time of year of chicken pox break out it is usually late fall and/or early spring.
Well one thing is for sure at our house there is never a dull moment!!!
Today is T and M's big day and I hope that the weather is good and that all is going according to schedule ~ wish them congradulations!!!
